Meg

Meg, formerly known as Nutmeg, is the sweetest, most loving dog you could meet. When she first arrived at our rescue, she was worn out from her life as a mother, with a raw belly from nursing her pups. She would often sit on top of her crate, trying to catch a break from her demanding role.

After receiving the care and TLC she needed, Meg quickly regained her comfort and returned to caring for her babies. Even while nursing, she sought "moral support" by sitting in her foster’s lap, showing just how affectionate and gentle she truly was.

Meg loved to run and play in the snow, and it's clear that winter became her favorite season. Though she was an excellent mother, we were thrilled to see her find a life where she could finally relax, be pampered, and live as the center of attention.

She was a great mother to her pups, but I’m thankful that she gets to live her best life now and be the center of attention.

Now, Meg is thriving in her forever home, surrounded by the love and care she deserves. Her family has given her the confidence to know she is cherished, and she never strays too far from them.

Whether she's lounging nearby or participating in family activities, Meg loves to stay close and be part of the action. She's no longer a mother caring for her pups—now, she's the one being spoiled and adored, living her best life.

It’s a joy to see Meg enjoying the peace and comfort she always deserved, and we’re so happy to feature her in our 2025 calendar, where she’ll continue to inspire others with her heartwarming story.

She is already a celebrity in our neighborhood, dogs and people alike are always excited to see her and play.
